Fil terms of use

1. Publisher and support

Fil is published and operated by Gabriel Angotti. Support, complaints and service requests: contact@heyfil.com. The website and backend currently run on personal infrastructure.

These terms cover Fil Preview and its test flows from 4 November 2026. Professional identification, legal address and consumer mediation information needed for commercial sales must be published before real sales open.

2. The service

Fil helps organise tasks, events, habits, collections and conversations with an AI assistant. Features depend on the installed version, permissions and enabled integrations. Preview may change, be interrupted or contain errors.

AI features are intended for adults. Outputs can be wrong; check dates, places and actions before confirming. Fil does not replace medical, legal or financial professionals.

3. Account and acceptable use

Use an email address you control and protect your credentials. Share only content you have the right to transmit, including information about others in documents or calendars.

Illegal use, attempts to access other accounts, circumventing usage limits or disrupting the service are prohibited. Protective restrictions may be applied to abusive access; contact support to discuss them.

4. Monthly subscription and trial simulations

The simulation catalog has a €9.99 monthly plan, no permanent free plan and no annual option. Test Store also requires a USD simulation price, set at $9.99. Check the currency shown in the test flow. None of these amounts is charged.

Simulate either a direct monthly subscription or a 7-day trial followed by the same simulated monthly price. Trial eligibility is limited to customers who have never subscribed according to RevenueCat. A separate product with no trial is used for direct subscription. Test Store may accelerate renewal periods.

Price, currency, period and renewal must appear before confirmation. These pages open no real sales. Legal and contractual information must be completed before commercial launch, and you must expressly confirm any real store purchase.

5. Included AI and usage limits

Subscribed access includes a bounded AI allowance, not unlimited use. App settings show available usage. Trial and monthly periods may have different allowances; the subscribed period determines renewal.

New AI requests stop when the allowance is exhausted until renewal. Fil does not automatically bill overages. Provider outages can also affect AI. Payment, AI permission and device permissions remain separate choices.

6. Renewal, cancellation and account deletion

The relevant store manages renewal and cancellation. Test Store can simulate these states and may use accelerated timing. Restoration checks rights attached to the account and store without creating a purchase.

In a real store, cancelling renewal normally keeps access until the acquired period ends unless a refund or other entitlement change applies. Deleting the Fil account does not cancel store renewal: cancel it first to stop future payments.

7. Complaints and consumer rights

No real payment is collected in Test Store, so no money needs refunding in that flow. Report simulation problems or request account closure at contact@heyfil.com.

For future real sales, applicable statutory rights, including withdrawal, guarantees and mediation, remain intact. Withdrawal procedures, form and online functionality and the competent mediator must be supplied before sale. This page collects no waiver of withdrawal rights.

8. Data and content

You retain rights in your content. Processing needed for the service, Google, TypeSafe and RevenueCat recipients, optional analytics and your rights are explained in the privacy and data services pages.

Backups and export features do not guarantee recovery of every deleted item. Keep important documents and check suggested actions. Preview limitations do not remove mandatory legal rights.

9. Changes and governing law

Significant changes to the service or terms will be communicated. Preview prices do not establish future real prices. French law applies subject to mandatory consumer protection in your country; no exclusive jurisdiction is imposed on you.
